Charles-Emmanuel Ballanger,


Passionate about education, solidarity and development, Charles-Emmanuel has a breadth of experience across the nonprofit and private sectors. He spent 24 years working with “Maisons Familiales Rurales”, a network of volunteer youth and adult training centres in France. In 2013, Charles-Emmanuel joined Aide et Action as Director of Aide et Action France-Europe and in 2019 was appointed International Chief Executive Officer, to transform the organisation and build Aide et Action’s 2020-2024 Strategic Plan and to focus on issues he deeply cares about – education, solidarity and development.

Vanessa Perrette


Vanessa is a cause-driven business developer, passionate about changemaking and an expert in fundraising, mobilization, philanthropy and strategic partnership development. She worked for major humanitarian organisations, notably the French Red-Cross. In 2018, she joined Aide et Action as Director of Global Development of Resources. As part of her effort to increase the NGO’s financial resources, Vanessa designed and created Education For Women Now, Aide et Action’s first global philanthropic campaign.


Arina Bzhinaev


A graduate of the School of International Relations of Saint-Petersburg State University (Russia) and the European Studies Institute of the Paris-VIII University, and fluent in four languages, Arina worked in various diplomatic and public institutions. After several years in the private sector, and time spent working on renewable energy in Sub-Saharan Africa, Arina joined Aide et Action in 2019 to take up the position of International Philanthropy Manager and lead the global campaign “Education For Women Now” .

Maarten De Winters


A graduate in Business Economics at the Haute Ecole de Gestion de Genève, Maarten joined Aide et Action as Resource Development Manager after 12 years in marketing projects management and private sector fundraising.

Stefano Maggi


Stefano holds a BA in Modern and Contemporary History from Queen Mary University of London and an MA in International Relations from the Graduate Institute (IHEID) in Geneva. After working for several different actors in the philanthropic sector in Geneva, notably for SwissFoundations, the association of Swiss grant-making foundations, Stefano joined Aide et Action in 2016 as a Fundraising and Partnerships Officer.

Aishwarya Mahajan


Holding a Doctorate in Sociology from India, Dr. Mahajan has more than 20 years of experience encompassing New Program Development, Assessment & Behaviour Strategies, Soft Skills & Personal Development Training, Resource Management, and Customer relations skills across domains of Quality and Livelihood Education. Dr. Mahajan is an expert in liaising with stakeholders, such as UN organizations, international development organizations, trusts and foundations, private foundations and governments.

Kitty Ng

Hong Kong

Kitty is an experienced Operations Manager with a solid track record in the nonprofit sector. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a specialisation in Marketing from the University of South Australia. Prior to joining Aide et Action, Kitty worked as Customer Relationship Manager for the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) Hong Kong for eight years and held the role of Administrative and Operations Manager for Appco Group Asia, overseeing the daily operations of all charity campaigns and commercial products.

Berei Tcha


Berei holds a Doctorate in Sociology and has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of education and vocational training. He is also the author of several publications and scientific articles. His previous experience includes working as a Community Development Animator and Country Director in Niger. Currently, he serves as a Territory Coordinator for Benin, Ivory Coast, and Togo. He previously was a lecturer in Sociology of Education at the University of Lomé. He brings his skills in strategic planning, gender justice, women’s rights and girls’ education, conflict, crisis and emergency intervention.


Arnaud Marcilhacy


Arnaud is the President of IPHILGROUP and has more than twenty years of experience in client service. His international career has led him to advise major institutions in France and around the world for their philanthropic actions, fundraising and communication.

Hugues De Maisonneuve


Hugues has more than 20 years of experience in sports and cultural partnerships and joined iPhilGroup in 2017. He has participated in campaigns such as the Foundation for the Memory of Slavery in France and the Olympic Foundation for Culture and Heritage in Switzerland. Hugues works as a tutor in the ESSEC Philanthropy Chair (in partnership with the French Association of Fundraisers).

Gisela Keller


An accomplished philanthropy and communications professional, Gisela is an entrepreneurial international business development leader. She is a strategic thinker with a 20-year proven track record in exceeding goals in revenue, growth, management, and development. Her in-depth experience working with leading international NGOs, higher education institutions, and philanthropic institutions enables her to identify effective growth and marketing opportunities, build key alliances, and position organizations in new markets. Media savvy with a track record of securing national and international media coverage for NGOs and companies, she is experienced in designing and implementing strategic plans.

Claire-Marie Caussin


Claire-Marie began her career in the field of classical music and performing arts, in particular as a distribution manager, production assistant, then deputy editor-in-chief of a specialized website. She joined IPHILGROUP as a Junior Consultant and Editor, while continuing her career in music journalism.

Cédric Delport


In his 20-year career in the content creation and production, Cédric has founded and managed the digital agency L’ENSEMBLE, the creation studio WOOW, and the BRAINWORKS press agency. He has collaborated directly with advertisers, major communication agencies and numerous broadcasters while producing documentaries and programs. Currently, Cédric works independently for companies and foundations, advising them on their evolution and development by redefining their communication strategies and building ambitious content policies.

Victoria Frey


Victoria studied film production in London (Royal Holloway, Central Saint Martins) and completed a diploma in Media and Creative Industries at Sciences Po Paris. She has three years experience in digital film production.
